Over the course we will cover a variety of different sports, including football, hockey, tennis, athletics, cricket and many more. With the core aim of providing a fun, safe, sporting experience. Sessions are split into 3 sections: Warm up- speed, agility, co-ordination, etc Skill Development- dribbling, passing, shooting etc Matches - (game related activity) – team work, communication, positioning, etc.
